I look forward to servicing you! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Payment Methods: Cash is highly preferred, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay are also accepted. Gloss Genius requires a card on file for late cancellations and no-shows. Services should be paid with one of the four payment methods listed. Late Policy: An additional $15 will be charged after being 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to be canceled. Consultations: Consultations are required for ALL haircoloring services. Consultations are required for ALL new client Microlinks/Volume Links, I-Tip services, or Tape-In Services. Virtual consultations are an option. New clients are considered to be any client that I have no seen within the last 6 months. A $25-$50 deposit is required for all new clients depending on the service. The deposit does go toward your total cost of service. This deposit is non-refundable/transferable. Cancellation Policy
I do charge 75% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
